We Provide quality care from 15 Minutes calls, 30 Minute calls, 1Hour calls. Depending on the needs of the client will depend on the agreed package of care.

Personal Care

At Wealden Community Care Ltd, we support with washing, showering, bathing, al of which include bathroom equipment to support the client as needed.

We also encourage and support with Hair washing, Shaving, drying, dressing and most importantly applying any creams which are needed.

Medication

We support with administrating medication, ensuring clients have taken their medication and taken the correct prescribed medication.

We as a team can support our clients in ordering medication and collecting medication from the pharmacies for those who cannot do this.

Companionship

We can companionship for the clients, Day trips/ transport to Day care and sit ins to either allow family or friends to have a small break or just a cuppa tea and chat.

Person-centered Care

At Wealden Community Care Ltd, we ensure all of our carers know how exceed in Person Centered care as this is one of our main priorities at Wealden Community care. Our carers have an understanding of the needs of each of our individual clients and there tailored care packages.

Laundry & Housework

Our carers are able to support our clients with daily laundry and housework, from changing beds to hoovering and mopping floors, We at Wealden Community Care strive in supporting our clients to keep their homes clean and respecting cleanliness.

Meal Preparation

We can provide Meal preparation, from breakfast, lunch and Dinner to Teatime snacks. Our Carers at Wealden Community Care are all trained in food hygiene and nutrition. We work along side other professionals when needed, to meet our clients needs out in the community.

Palliative & End of Life Care

Our carers at Wealden Community Care are trained to provide care for people at any stage of a life threatening or chronic illness. Our Carers are trained to ensure the ease of any symptoms, proving emotional support to our clients. We ensure we are providing the highest level of care via our professional team of carers to our clients who maybe nearing the end of there life to make sure they are as comfortable as possible in their own home.

Assistance with Mobility

Our Care team are trained in moving and handing to to assist mobility with in your home environment using equipment correctly in a professional and safe manor.

We work along side Occupational therapists to ensure our clients are safe with in their own homes on a day to day basis.
